ATI is identifying important organisations at European and national level, interested in the dissemination of the Kaleidoscope results through TEL training and consultancies, in order to serve as an active interface between these organisations and Kaleidoscope (either with Kaleidoscope management representatives, as well as with individual Kaleidoscope partners). These organisations will be first ATI “customers”, and on the base of experience gained several best-practice cases will be documented.
ATI will organise and mediate the customised training and consultancy services to already identified groups of interests. Special attention will be paid to interested parties from NMS and ACC. All case implementations will form the ATI TEL best practice portfolio.
Documentation of the TEL best practice cases will help to establish the best practice models. For the purposes of valorisation and further exploitation the implemented TEL best practices for interested parties outside Kaleidoscope will be appropriately documented and preserved. For instance a matter of interest would be the process of implementation passed, analysis of the strategy realised, difficulties and other problems. An evaluation of the carried out cases and the lessons learnt will be provided as well. The Kaleidoscope public repository of TEL best practice documents and tools will be regularly updated. ATI regular Workshops will be organised, where special attention will be paid on the presentation and collection of best practice cases and models. The main results from the Workshops will be presented in Workshop proceedings.
All these cases descriptions, papers and proceedings will be used to suggest some concrete training scenarios in order to attract interest groups and present them the potential offers available.
Access to the ATI cases is granted only for the ATI members, through the ATI Repository. If you want to know how to become ATI member, please look inside the ATI Membership section.
