The ATI activities will be implemented through Kaleidoscope distributed network of organisations and/or researchers. ATI wants to identify the potential interested parties and their TEL needs, and to mediate implementation of the TEL best practice by relying on the Kaleidoscope network of researchers and resources.
Currently ATI is offering two basic set of services: training and consultancy.
Training services include the provision of short face-to-face courses, blended mode courses, fully distant (Web-based) courses, individual CD-ROM based courses, on-demand courses.
Consultancy services include the provision of consultancy expertise in areas like: benchmarking and analysis of user’s environment, in order to find the real problems and to propose best possible TEL solution (needs analysis), choosing the right TEL infrastructure, choosing the right TEL strategy, developing a specific TEL action plan, choosing the right content management solutions, evaluation of TEL programs, exploring all financial and IPR issues related to specific TEL programs, etc.

Propose a training services
Each ATI member can propose different types of courses or training that this member can deliver to potential users and customers. For each training service the competencies achieved and the level (quality) of the services offered have to be given, as well as other relevant information.

Each user or organization can look inside the catalogue with all available training services, search the best offer suiting their needs, as well as to specify the parameters of the training they need.
Propose a consultancy expertise
Each ATI member can offer consultancy expertise and to provide the level (quality) of the consultancy services offered.

ATI can provide rich set of TEL software platforms for testing, experimenting, as well as for the delivery of training.
Learning Workshops
Users can specify the need for the delivery of on-site workshops, intended to help them to improve their organization’s use of TEL, better understand for what purposes and how to develop e-learning programs, choose and implement TEL platforms and tools, or improve the processes of developing and use of TEL-based content repositories.
